Trial, Return & Refund Policy

The following Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all products and devices ordered from Earable®Neuroscience.

30-DAY TRIAL AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All Earable®Neuroscience devices are eligible for a 30 day trial period and can be returned within 30 days of receipt in the 48 contiguous United States of America, Hawaii and Alaska. The devices must be in like-new conditions with the original packaging.

Your trial period begins when your items are delivered.

*For specific sales and promotion campaigns, please carefully read through our campaign T&Cs prior to making any purchase to determine whether the participating Earable® devices are eligible for the standard trial and return policy.  

RETURN PROCESS

Return requests must be submitted via this form within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Photographic evidence showing products are still in “like-new” condition, and have been properly packaged into original packaging must be provided. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Very important: Without the original packaging, items can be damaged during return transit.

Please clearly write your RMA number and your choice of a full refund or store credit or voucher. To ensure a successful return and refund, please write “RETURNS” in the attention line above our address, following this example:

REFUNDS

Refunds will only cover the price of the original product(s) or device(s) and any associated taxes. 

We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we process your return. Most returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

We will notify you by email when your return is processed. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

AMAZON RETURNS

If you placed your order via Amazon please initiate your return through Amazon directly.

SHIPPING FEES

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment and shipping charges. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions. We’ll issue a refund for your return to your original payment method and will gladly help you place a new order for your preferred item or configuration.

EXCEPTIONS TO FREE TRIAL AND RETURN POLICY

  • Sales or Promotion items are NOT returnable. Customers are advised to read the terms and conditions applicable to such campaigns prior to making such purchases.
  • Clearance products are not returnable.
  • Customized Order.

WARRANTY

If a product purchased from Earable® arrived damaged or defective, you are covered under our Warranty policy. We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.

  • Report any losses or damages evidence promptly to our customer service team.
  • Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Otherwise, Earable® reserves the right to deny your claim request.
